Terry Gray
President |
Terry
has worked here for over 33 years. His parents were the original
owners of Spencer Truck Line, Inc.; therefore, he spent a
lot of time at the business before he became an employee.
He learned to drive truck at the age of 12 and has been doing
so ever since. Terry learned the mechanics of trucks and trailers
from another local trucking company while he was in high school.
He was driver/mechanic for many years before purchasing the
business in 1988. He has been the owner/operator ever since
then. Terry spends his time in the office coordinating loads,
drivers, and shop help and jumps in the truck when needed. |
Rick Adams
Vice-President |
Rick
helped drive truck for several years when Terry's parents
were the owners before becoming a partner with Terry in 1988.
He has worked here since then specializing in hauling livestock
for our local customers. Rick also has special training in
log regulations to assist our drivers. |
Lori Gray
Secretary |
Lori
has been an employee since 1990, two years after her husband,
Terry, bought the company. She took over her mother-in-law's
position as bookkeeper. Lori keeps very busy with payroll,
accounts payable, accounts receivables, record keeping, licensing,
and fuel reporting. |

Dennis Hansen
Dispatch
Owner/Operator

Dennis
joined our team in 1996 as a truck driver. He hauled both
livestock and van freight. Denny became an owner/operator
in 1997 and currently owns and operates three trucks in our
business. In February of 2000, Dennis joined our team in the
office. He currently handles a majority of our dispatching.
Dennis grew up on a farm where he still works part-time. He
has several years of mechanical experience from working on
the farm and driving truck. |
Alissa Gray
Dispatch |
 Alissa
officially joined the team in July 2004. Her parents are Terry
and Lori. Thus, Spencer Truck Line Inc. has been a part of
her life since day one. She spent most of her childhood riding
in the truck with her dad and hanging around the shop and
office. She went to college and graduated with a degree in
Administrative Office Management. After working away from
home for several years, she joined the family business. She
works in dispatch and assists with bookeeping as needed. |
